Terms

These terms are between Modern Mustard Seed LLC ("we") and the store that uses Social Selling Agent ("you").

The service

The agent reads the units on your public website, lists them on Facebook Marketplace from the Facebook account of a salesperson you name, keeps those listings in step with your website, answers buyers who write about them, and books visits inside the hours you set.

Your part

• The prices, photos and descriptions on your website are yours and are accurate. The agent lists what your website says.
• Each salesperson whose Facebook the agent uses has agreed to it and signs in themselves.
• You sell the units you list, at the prices you list, under the laws that apply to your store.
• What the agent may say about financing, trade-ins, fees and delivery is what you set on your desk.

Facebook

Facebook decides what appears on Marketplace and may limit, remove or restrict listings or accounts. The agent paces its work and rests when Facebook pushes back, but we cannot promise what Facebook does, and we are not responsible for its decisions.

Price and cancelling

$497 a month per store, billed monthly by card. Cancel any time from your desk; the agent works to the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part months.

Limits

The service is provided as it is. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. We are not responsible for lost sales, lost profits or anything a buyer does.

Changes

When these terms change we email you 30 days before. Montana law governs them.
